When it comes to what I believe in and value in a workplace I take a very simple approach. For me what matters is community and culture. I look for open communication, judgment free spaces, and an understanding that when mistakes are made it doesn’t mean you failed, it means you’ve learned something.

As much as possible I promote self-acceptance and growth. I believe it is the purpose of design and writing: to learn more, to take risks, to innovate, and to create opportunities. Life, for me, is all about the stories, our stories, our friend’s stories, our brands stories, and so on. Storytelling is something that has existed for as long as human beings have been alive, for as long as there has been language to articulate our thoughts and our ideas. And I’m here to simply tell those stories and to tell them in their own unique ways.

Difference may be what sets us apart. But what sets us apart, is what makes us stand out.
